Goals. That's what Dojo 1 is all about. While it is true that everyone has a unique set of goals, it is also true that the Martial Arts can help everyone reach their goals, whatever they are. 

Hi, I'm Len Sonia and I have been involved in the Martial Arts most my life and involved in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for over the last 20 years. I believe in Martial Arts training for EVERYONE.

A lot of gyms have jumped on the "MMA Bandwagon" looking to make the next Champion and make a quick dollar off of the popularity of MMA. Sadly a lot of these gyms are far from qualified to pass on the Martial Arts. 

At Dojo 1 we FOCUS on EVERYONE. If after doing the Martial Arts you decide you want to test yourself in competition, you will find no better support group then Myself and the D1 staff.  But MMA is not for everyone and the Martial Arts are. 

We are the Martial Arts. We want you to grow as an individual, become strong both mentally and physically. We want you to use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai as a tool to enhance every aspect of your life.
